You can find us at 102/104 on Narayan Rao Koli Marg. We are right opposite the Mumbai Andhra Transport Company, so there are always big trucks parked across the road and a lot of noise from loaders and drivers shouting to each other. It’s a very busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. S K Manekia has been operating out of these rooms for a long time, and the place has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it. The furniture is a bit worn and the shelves are packed with files from years of business. We don't really go for the modern look; we just need a place that works. Our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments or orders. It’s a small family-run kind of atmosphere where everyone knows each other’s business. We usually have tea delivered from the stall down the street a couple of times a day. The traffic on the Marg can be a real pain in the afternoons, but that’s just life in this neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just show up every morning, handle our clients, and go home when the work is finished. It’s a practical way to run things, and it’s worked for us so far without any trouble.
