We are located at Shop No 4, right along the Western Express Highway in Vile Parle East. We’re in the JB Nagar area, not far from where the Centaur Hotel used to be. Being right on the highway means it is always noisy and dusty. There are trucks and cars zooming past at all hours. Our shop is small, just one of the many units along that stretch. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for Shop 4 specifically. We don’t have any big flashy lights. Inside, it’s just the basics—some chairs, a table, and a lot of logbooks. The highway is the lifeblood of what we do, so it makes sense for us to be here, even if the pollution is a bit much sometimes. We open early because the transport world doesn’t really sleep. You can hear the rumble of the heavy vehicles all day long. It's a very practical spot. We don't have a waiting room or anything fancy like that. If someone comes by, they just pull up a stool. We talk about routes and schedules while the traffic hums in the background. It is a busy, gritty kind of place, but it works for us. JB Nagar has its own pace, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We usually keep some water bottles for the drivers who stop by. It's just simple work and a lot of phone calls.
