Rutuja Auto Parts

We are at Shop Number 1 in the Kaveri Building. This is right in the Dahisar New Cloth Market area. It is very close to the Dahisar Bridge, so we get a lot of people passing by who are just coming into the area. Rutuja Auto Parts is a place where things are a bit messy. Parts are everywhere on the shelves and sometimes on the floor if we are busy. We have grease on our hands most of the day. That is just how it is when you work with car and bike bits. The market is always loud. There are vendors shouting and horns honking from the bridge. It can get a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things quiet down for a minute. The Kaveri Building is easy to spot. We like being on the ground floor because it makes loading and unloading much easier. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always dusting off the packages. We don't have a computer system that does everything; we still write a lot of things down in our big ledger. It feels more certain that way. People come to us because we are right there by the bridge and they know we are usually around. We don't have a fancy waiting area or air conditioning. It is just a regular shop for people who need parts. We stay open late most days.
