Our place is located in Andheri East, specifically in Building 202/203 at the Span Lank Mark on Andheri Kurla Road. If you know this area, you know how crazy the traffic can get outside. We have been operating from this spot for a good while now. Rustech Products is basically just a bunch of us working in the office and the warehouse space we have here. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on with cars honking and people rushing by. We handle a lot of different products, and the shelves are usually pretty full of various items. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we get a lot of stuff delivered at once and we have to shuffle things around to make room. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just come in, we talk about what they need, and we see what we can do to help them out. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. The building is easy to find if you are looking for it, but the road is always packed with cars and bikes. We spend most of our mornings sorting out the inventory and making sure the paperwork is mostly right. It’s a lot of manual checking and counting items. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but it still feels like a small operation where everyone knows what the other person is doing. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
