Rubberflex Sdn. Bhd is located at Lot-2 in the Kawasan Perindustrial area of Bentong, Pahang. That’s over in Malaysia, in the 28700 area. We’re based in an industrial zone, which is exactly where you’d expect a company like ours to be. There’s a lot of activity around here with other factories and businesses doing their thing. Our daily routine is mostly about managing the production and making sure everything at the lot is running like it should. It’s a big space and it can get pretty loud and hot during the day, especially when all the machines are going. We don’t really have a fancy front office for visitors; it’s more about the work happening on the floor. We’ve been in Bentong for a while and we’re just a group of people working together to get the orders out on time. Sometimes things break down or we have delays, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. We just focus on the rubber and the manufacturing process. Most of our day is spent checking on materials and making sure the staff has what they need to keep the lines moving. It’s just a regular industrial operation and we just get on with it, day after day.
