Rpo operates out of the Central Railway Colony in Kalva West. Specifically, we are at R.B-2, A-20. Being in a railway colony gives the whole place a specific kind of feel, it's very much a community area and not a business park. Since we are in the Thane district, things are usually moving pretty fast around us. Our office is part of the residential block, so it feels very down-to-earth and local to the people here. We don't have a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular room where we handle our daily business tasks. You can hear the trains passing by quite often, which is something you just get used to after a week or two of working here. We spend our days doing the paperwork and making sure everything is filed correctly. It's a small team, often just a couple of us in the office at a time. We don't use much jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just local people working in the Kalva area. The colony is a good place to be because everything is familiar and close by. We go out for tea at the same spots every afternoon. It’s a very practical way to run a business without much fuss. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office, we just want to get the work done right. Most people who deal with us know we are right here.
