Our place is up on the third floor of number 35 on Mint Road. If you know the Fort area, you know how crowded it gets during the middle of the day. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character. Climbing up those stairs every morning keeps us awake. We’ve been at Royal Forwarders Pvt Ltd. for quite some time now. The office is usually full of files and old wooden desks. We like it that way because it feels like home after so many years of being here. Looking out the window, you mostly just see the tops of other buildings and the street noise comes up pretty loud. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside. We don’t have any fancy carpets or glass walls. Just some ceiling fans that hum all day long and a few computers that have seen better days. The team knows exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to a visitor. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We deal with the daily tasks as they come. It's a lot of phone calls and sorting through stacks of papers. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of our day is spent at these desks. It’s a plain office for plain work.
