Ritika Travels

Ritika Travels is over in Santacruz East, specifically at 3 Santacruz East on the 6th Main. We are in the Friends Building on Magadi Main Road, which stays pretty busy with traffic and people walking by. It's in the H V R Layout area. Our space is mostly just desks and a lot of printed schedules taped to the walls. We spend our time booking cars and organizing trips for people who live nearby. The street noise is always there in the background. Sometimes we go out to the main road to meet a driver or check on a vehicle. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a couple of computers and a phone that rings at odd hours. People stop by when they’re on their way to work or coming back home. We talk about the best way to get to the airport or how to avoid the highway traffic. Every day is mostly the same, just different destinations on the screen. We deal with a lot of local families who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering questions and making sure the bookings are confirmed. The Friends Building is easy to find if you know the layout. We just do our work and go home like everyone else in Santacruz. It is a bit cramped in here when we have guests.
