Getting into Unit No. 6 on the ground floor of Hi-tech Industrial Estate can be a bit of a challenge with the Caves Road traffic. Jogeshwari is always moving, you know? Being on the ground floor is handy though, especially when we have stuff coming in or going out. The estate itself is pretty old and has that specific industrial smell of grease and metal. Rishabh Kreation is tucked away in the back, away from the main gate noise. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but they’ve seen a lot of work over the years. We spend most of our time here, from the first light until late evening. The Hi-tech Industrial Estate is full of other small workshops so there’s always someone around if you need a hand or a spare tool. It gets hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't the best, so we usually have two or three fans going at once. We know the security guards by name and they know us. Most days are just about keeping up with the schedule and making sure everything is in its place. It’s a practical space for practical work. Nothing fancy about it at all. We just show up, do the hours, and keep things moving. The tea stall right outside the gate is where we end up most afternoons for a quick break and some air. It is just how things are here.
