Rio Human Resource

Rio Human Resource is located over at 17/A, Dattatray Cross Road in Santacruz West. We are on the third floor, specifically Flat 3 of the Suvarna Building. It is easy to find because we are right opposite the Reliance Webworld. Santacruz West is a lively part of Mumbai, and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our office feels more like an apartment because it is one. We have turned the rooms into workspaces. It gives the whole place a bit of a casual, lived-in atmosphere. The hallway is a bit narrow, and we have boxes of files tucked into the corners. Most of the time, the windows are open to let in a breeze, though you also get all the noise from the traffic below. We spend a lot of our time interviewing people or sorting through resumes. There is a small balcony where we go to take a phone call or just get a moment of quiet. The Suvarna building is an older structure, so it has character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. You just come up and ring the bell. It’s a very local, neighborhood-style office where we focus on the tasks at hand. We like being in this part of town; it’s convenient and feels like part of the community.
