Rini Search Services

If you find yourself in Andheri East 101 you might stumble upon our office. Rini Search Services has been based here for some time now. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through emails from people looking for work. It is a straightforward kind of place. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls or leather chairs. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. Finding people for jobs is what we do but it is mostly just a lot of searching and double-checking details. The street outside is usually crowded with vendors and commuters. We like being in Andheri East because it is central and easy for people to reach us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and get back to work. Our team is small and we all know each other well. There is usually some background noise from the radio or someone talking on the phone. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It is just searching for the right people and seeing where they might fit in. Most of our day is spent looking at screens. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the messages that come in through the various sites. There is always something to do and we like staying busy.
