You can find us on New Link Road in Andheri West, right near the Fun Republic mall. It’s a very loud and busy part of Mumbai, so there’s never really a quiet moment outside. We’ve got the metro construction and all the cars constantly moving past our front. Inside, it’s a bit different, though you can still hear the city if you’re near the windows. The building has several floors, and we spend a good chunk of our day going up and down. The junior college part keeps things pretty lively, and there’s always someone in the hallway or the office asking a question. We have a canteen that gets really crowded during the breaks, and the smell of food usually drifts through the halls around noon. Our classrooms are pretty standard, with whiteboards and rows of seats that have seen better days. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. Most of the staff just wears comfortable clothes and focuses on getting through the lesson plans or the paperwork. It’s a lot of management, honestly, making sure everyone is where they should be. Andheri is a hectic place to work, but we’ve been here long enough that the chaos feels normal. We just keep the doors open and do what we need to do to keep the place running until the final bell rings in the afternoon. Then we all head out into the Andheri traffic to find our way back home. It’s a long day, but it’s our day here.
