Our place is in the Town Centre building on A.K. Road in Andheri East. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how busy it gets. We spend a lot of time just dealing with the logistics of moving things around. It's a small office but we keep it organized. We deal with various goods and parts, mostly exports and imports I think. It’s been our base for quite some time. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who’ve worked together for years. We know each other’s habits. We don't do big presentations. We just handle the paperwork and make sure the shipments go where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy, but we sort it out eventually. Andheri is loud and crowded, but it's home for the business. We focus on the daily tasks. We aren't looking to change the world, just keeping the business steady. People call us Rigid Global, which sounds a bit serious, but we’re actually pretty relaxed. We just get the work done. No fancy carpets or glass walls here. Just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We stay busy enough. The trains are right nearby, so commuting is easy for the staff. We like it here despite the rain and the noise. We just keep going.
