We are located on the first floor of Mendonca Villa, right there at 35 Convent Avenue in Santacruz West. Mumbai is a loud place, but our little corner is somewhat manageable. The building is one of those older structures that has a bit of character to it. You won't find any sleek glass elevators here. We just walk up the stairs and get to work. Resourceway India Pvt. Ltd has been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Convent Avenue can get pretty packed with cars and people, especially during the peak hours, so we usually hear a lot of honking from our windows. Inside, it’s just a regular office. We have desks that have been around for years and a few cupboards that are overflowing with files. It’s not organized like a showroom, but we know where everything is. The staff is a small group. We spend most of our day handling the tasks that come across our desks. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. It's mostly just emails, phone calls, and the occasional visitor who managed to find the villa. We like the local vibe of Santacruz. There’s a tea shop just around the bend where we go when things get a bit stressful. It’s just a normal place for normal work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just doing our jobs day by day in this part of Mumbai.
