It’s a busy area of Mumbai, and we’ve made our home here among the houses and small shops. The building is easy to find once you know the street. We’ve got a small team here. We spend our time going through applications and managing the day-to-day capital tasks that come our way. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a place where we sit down and talk to people across a desk. The Mumbai 400089 area has its own character, and we fit right in. We deal with the usual office stuff like broken staplers and slow internet, just like anyone else. Our focus is on getting the work done without any extra drama. We don’t use marketing slogans because they don’t really help anyone. Instead, we just look at the facts and figures. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the traffic from Seva Nagar Road, but you get used to it. We’ve got some plants on the windowsills that we try to keep alive, and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. It’s just a straightforward place to do business. We’re here most days, making sure the records are straight and the people who walk through our door get what they need without a lot of hassle. We usually lock up around 6:30.
