Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (Reliance Hr Services). We are located in Mumbai. Even though the name sounds really big and official, the day-to-day work here is much more grounded. We handle HR services, which basically means we deal with people, hiring, and all the paperwork that comes with that. Mumbai is a massive, hectic city, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. Every day there’s a new pile of resumes to look at or some payroll issue that needs fixing. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't the ones making the big headlines; we are the ones in the background making sure the staff are taken care of. The office can get pretty loud with everyone talking at once, but that’s just how Mumbai is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in small meeting rooms. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it’s just hours of data entry and checking references. But it’s important for the people looking for jobs and the ones trying to run their departments. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere despite all the pressure. Most of us have been here long enough that we feel like a small family, even in such a large group. We just take it one day at a time, handling the hiring and the admin stuff as best as we can.
