We have been operating out of our space here at 29-B, Nakoda Bhavan on Sindhi Lane for quite a while now. Dealing with steel is just what we do every day. It is a busy spot and the traffic around Sindhi Lane can be a real headache sometimes, but we manage. We keep a lot of different steel items in stock because that is what people around here need for their projects. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the paperwork done and talk to customers who drop by. Most of the time, we are just busy moving inventory or checking on orders. It gets noisy with all the metal around, but you get used to it. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. If someone needs a certain type of pipe or sheet, they come in and ask. We check the back, see what we have, and give them a price. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work keeps us too occupied to worry much about that. We know the other folks on the lane and it feels like a real community. Sometimes we have tea while waiting for a truck to arrive. It is just a normal local business trying to get things right for the people who buy from us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we stay put right here.
