If you look for us in Andheri East, you will find our spot at 27, 13, New Swapneel in Kanti Nag. It is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to know each other after you’ve been here for a few months. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do at Reliable Refractories Pvt Ltd. We have been operating out of this space for some time now. The mornings are usually the quietest time before the neighborhood really wakes up and the phones start ringing for the day. The building, New Swapneel, has a certain character to it, like many of the older structures you see around here. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and logistics, so there is always a bit of dust and a lot of movement happening. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy and messy, but we manage to get through it. Inside, it's mostly desks, some samples of what we work with, and a tea kettle that gets a lot of use every single day. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy focusing on the orders coming in. It’s a tight-knit group here and we just get on with the job as it comes. Most days are long, but being in Kanti Nag means there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack when we need a break from the work. We like being part of the local scene in this corner of Andheri.
