Our office is tucked away in Kanti Nagar, inside the New Swapneel building. Being in Andheri East means there is always traffic outside, but we are used to the noise. Reliable Refractories Pvt. Ltd. deals with materials that can stand up to high heat. It’s specialized stuff, mostly for industrial ovens and furnaces. We’ve been at 13/27 for quite a few years now. The space is a bit cramped with all the paperwork and samples, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking specifications for different kiln linings. It isn't the kind of place customers just wander into from the street. Usually, it's engineers or factory managers calling to ask about brick types or mortar. We have a small team here. Sometimes the tea lady comes by twice a day and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai, just trying to get the orders right. The building itself is older, and the elevator is a bit slow. But it's home for us during the work week. We know which local stalls have the best snacks when we take a break. It's just a regular business day here, dealing with heat-resistant materials and making sure the logistics aren't too messy. We like the rhythm of this place even when things get a little bit hectic.
