Relationshif Officer

Working out of Santacruz East means there is always noise from the street below. We are on the 4th floor of the Akash Ganga building, room 401. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again, which happens more than it should. Being a Relationshif Officer in a city like Mumbai is basically a lot of talking and even more paperwork. My desk is usually a mess of files and half-empty tea cups. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting folks who drop by the office. Vakolla is a crowded area, so getting here can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We just do our thing up here. There isn't any fancy decor, just some desks and chairs and a lot of folders. Dealing with people is mostly about listening to what they need and trying to figure out a way to make it work. Some days are longer than others, especially when the traffic is bad and people are grumpy. We've been at this address for a bit now. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. If you need something, you just come up to the 4th floor and find us. It’s pretty straightforward. Mumbai life is fast, so we just try to keep up with the pace as best as we can. I usually keep a stack of extra pens because people always seem to walk off with mine.
