Our office is tucked away in Suite No 404/405 at Commerce House. It's right in the Fort area, close to Madalpur and the Stock Exchange. You can feel the energy of the city around here, even if our building is a bit older. We deal with real estate and money, which in this part of town is a full-time job and then some. It isn't always easy navigating the property market, so we just try to give people the straight facts. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around in these two rooms. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of files out on the desks. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or any of that. Usually, one of us just looks up from a computer when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. It’s a lot of manual work that people don't always see. We chose this location because it’s central, even if finding parking is a nightmare for everyone. We just do our thing, helping people buy or sell or figure out their loans without making a big production out of it. It’s just how we operate, keeping things down to earth in a busy city.
