You can find our office at the Vashi Plaza, right in the heart of Sector 17. Our unit is A-27. Vashi is a good location for us because it is a major hub for all kinds of trade in Navi Mumbai. The plaza itself is usually buzzing with people, shoppers, and other small business owners. We have been in this particular office for several years now. It is a simple setup with just a couple of computers and some filing cabinets that could probably use a bit of organizing. We deal with import and export work, so our days are mostly spent tracking shipments and talking to various agents on the phone. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when we have to finalize things. The office is not very large, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We like being in Sector 17 because there are plenty of places to get a cup of tea or a quick snack when things start to get a bit stressful. We are not really interested in giving big presentations or using corporate buzzwords. We just focus on getting goods moved from one place to another without a lot of unnecessary trouble. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few minutes, but we just sit and wait it out. It is a local business run by people who live nearby and know how the city works. We do not have a massive staff, just a small group that knows the process inside and out.
