Redtech Computers

Redtech Computers is located in Borivali East, right in the Om Shree Nath Kunj building. We’re in B/207 on New Rander Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we’re here every day. Our space is usually filled with parts, cables, and various machines in different states of repair. It’s not a shiny retail store with neon lights. It’s more of a workshop where we actually fix things. Borivali is a busy area, and there’s always someone needing a screen fixed or a hard drive looked at. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just try to explain what’s wrong in plain English. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench. The neighborhood is pretty lively, especially down on New Rander Road. You can hear the traffic and the noise from the shops below all day long. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know our way around a motherboard. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know a lot about computers. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly come to us because we’re nearby and we don’t overcomplicate things. It’s a practical, no-nonsense shop. We get the work done, hand back the computer, and move on to the next one. That's the daily routine here at Redtech.
