Red Instruments & Power Solution is tucked away in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, right on LBS Marg. If you've ever driven through Mumbai, you know how that road gets, especially during rush hour. It's noisy and crowded, but it’s where we feel at home. Our unit at D-215 A is basically where all the action happens. We deal with instruments and power stuff, which means a lot of technical testing and looking at small parts all day. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We have a few guys who have been here since the start, and we’ve seen the estate change quite a bit. Sometimes the electricity goes a bit wonky or the rain makes it hard to get deliveries in, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to fix a meter or check a power supply. We like the fact that people in the neighborhood know where to find us. Ghatkopar West is a busy place, and we’re just one small part of the machinery keeping things running. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. No big speeches, just practical help with whatever power solution they’re looking for. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes with all the boxes, but we manage just fine.
