Red Box Cafe

You can find us at Bandra West 115. Red Box Cafe has been sitting on this corner for a while. It’s a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the door. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. The tables are a bit old and the chairs might creak a little when you sit down, but they work just fine. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the lunch rush, which is usually a bit chaotic. The kitchen gets hot, and we are all scurrying around trying to get plates out. We aren't trying to be the trendiest place in Bandra. We just want to serve food that people actually want to eat. Sometimes we run out of the daily special before noon, and we just have to tell people we're sorry. That's just how it goes. We know a lot of the people who walk by every day, even if they don't always come in. It’s a neighborhood spot where things are a bit rough around the edges. We do our own cleaning and we fix the plumbing when it leaks. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements. We just want to keep the doors open, pay the bills, and do a decent job for whoever walks in.
