Red & Blue Car Travels

Red & Blue Car Travels is situated on the ground floor of Hilltop Anexe. We are right next to the Pali Market in Bandra West, which is a very lively part of town. There is always something happening outside, whether it’s people shopping for groceries or the morning rush. Our office is small and functional. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, checking where the cars are and talking to clients. Managing a car rental place in Bandra means dealing with tight lanes and lots of pedestrians. Our drivers are used to it, though. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the market grow and change. It's not a corporate setup with uniforms and scripts. We just talk to people normally. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook during wedding season or holidays. It gets a bit stressful when a car gets a flat tire or someone is running late, but we just sort it out. We don’t have a fancy waiting room; most people just call us and we send the car to their doorstep. The ground floor spot is handy for quick pick-ups and dropping off keys. It’s a local business through and through. We know the regular customers by their first names. We just try to keep the cars moving and the schedules as tight as possible in this city traffic. It's a lot of work but we've been doing it long enough to know the rhythm.
