We are located on the first floor of Vinu Veena CHS, right above the Omkar Medical shop in Sector 6. If you are near the Rajiv Gandhi flyover in Nerul, you’ve probably seen the building. It’s opposite the Great Eastern Gallery. Inside, the rooms have big mirrors and wooden floors that sometimes creak when people are moving around. We have music playing throughout the day, ranging from fast beats to slower stuff depending on who is in. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re in room 103, it’s a different world from the busy street outside. The air conditioning works hard during the afternoon sessions. We have posters on the doors and bags piled up in the corners. People come here to sweat and practice their moves. It’s not a polished gym from a movie; it’s a real place where people put in effort. We often see the same faces every week, which makes it feel like a small club. After the sessions, everyone usually hangs out for a bit near the flyover or grabs something from the medical shop downstairs. It is a practical space for fitness and arts, right in the heart of Nerul’s daily hustle. We just keep the music going and the floors swept for the next group.
