Matunga East is a quiet place usually, but Dr Ambedkar Road gets busy during the peak hours. We are located in Bhuta Niwas, which is an old-style building that has been here for a long time. Our office is 3/4 on the ground floor. King Circle Garden is right there next to us, so sometimes we take a small break and sit on the benches. It’s nice to see some green in a city like Mumbai. Being opposite Union Bank of India means it’s very easy for people to find us without getting lost. Inside the office at Pancham Nishad Creatives Ltd, we have our desks and a lot of stuff lying around in stacks. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now and the place feels comfortable. The walls could use some fresh paint, but we’re always too busy with projects to get it done. We handle many different types of creative work. We don't have a big corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more like a local office where people can just drop in for a chat about their ideas. The tea guy comes by twice a day and we always look forward to that break. We usually keep the windows open, even if it gets a bit dusty from the road. You can hear the traffic and the birds from the garden at the same time. Matunga has a certain feel that we really like. It’s not like the flashy parts of the city. We know the neighbors. If you look for the big bank, you’ll see us right across.
