Ravindra Natya Mandir

Ravindra Natya Mandir is located in the Prabhadevi area. We are part of the Prabhadevi Upkram Society. The most famous thing near us is the Siddhi Vinayak Temple. Everyone in Mumbai knows that temple, so it makes explaining our location much simpler. Our pin code is 400025. This part of Mumbai is always moving and the streets are almost never empty. Being so close to the temple means there are always people walking by, especially on Tuesdays. We don't have any fancy marketing brochures or a corporate office writing our stories. We are just a local institution in Prabhadevi. We’ve been here through all the changes in the neighborhood. The traffic can be a bit much sometimes but that is just how Mumbai is. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just exist as a space for people in the society and the surrounding area. The building has its own character and we don't try to hide that it’s been around for a while. If you are near the Siddhi Vinayak Temple, you are practically at our doorstep. We just keep things running day by day without making much of a fuss. It’s a practical place in a very busy part of the city. We have seen the city grow around us over the years. We stay right here in the society.
