B B Perfoming Arts

B B Perfoming Arts is located over in Kurla West, specifically in the LIG Colony. We are near the Bhave Nagar Police Station, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find the place. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s mostly about the local community here. We do a lot of practice sessions and classes right here in 26/20. The space isn’t huge but it works for what we need for our daily lessons. People come in from around Kurla and even further sometimes. It gets quite loud when we have music or dance going on. We try to be mindful of the neighbors though. Most of the kids around here know us. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word usually gets around by itself. It’s just how things work in this part of Mumbai. Sometimes we have a lot of students and other times it’s a bit quieter. We just keep the doors open and keep going. Being near the police station helps with directions when new people are coming by for the first time. We aren't some big corporate school. It’s just a place for performing arts where people can come and learn or practice. We’ve been part of the Kurla West scene for a bit and we like it here. It’s a busy neighborhood but that’s fine with us. We do our best to keep things running smoothly every single day for everyone who visits.
