Recruitment Consultants

Our office for Recruitment Consultants is over in Bhandup East, situated at 1/6 in the Mitra Dham Co-Op Housing Society. It is right in the Ashok Nagar area, specifically near Datar Colony, which is a pretty well-known spot in Mumbai 400042. Being in a residential society means it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have a small sign on the door so people don't get lost in the hallways. The rooms are a bit tight when we have more than a few people visiting at once, but we make it work by pulling in extra chairs from the back. We spend our hours looking through job applications and talking to people about where they might want to work next. Bhandup can be quite crowded, especially near the station, but our little corner in Mitra Dham is relatively calm most of the time. The windows look out over the society courtyard where you can see kids playing or neighbors chatting after work hours. We keep a pot of water in the corner and a stack of newspapers on the table for anyone waiting. It is just a basic setup where we do our daily jobs without much fuss. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry to get home or grab some lunch nearby.
