Recruitment And Executive Search Division

Our office is on the second floor at Flat No. 202, right there at Shivaji Chowk in Badlapur East. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside. We are the Recruitment And Executive Search Division, and we spend our days looking for people to fill high-level roles. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting through interviews to see if someone is the right fit. Being in Badlapur means we get a mix of local people and people willing to travel for the right opportunity. The office is pretty simple, with a small waiting area and some rooms for private talks. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the people we are talking to. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but it is what it is. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. Not every job is for every person, and we don't mind saying that. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the shops nearby know us. It is a hardworking environment where we put in the time to find the right executives for the companies that ask us for help. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words, we just want to do the search properly.
