Shabbir Trading Corporation

Shabbir Trading Corporation has been operating out of Darukhana for a long time. We are located in the Potia Weigh Bridge Building on Quay Street. Our spot is Plot No. 2069. If you know Darukhana, you know it’s a very industrial and gritty part of the city, mostly known for ship breaking and scrap metal. It’s not the kind of place you go for a casual stroll, but for trading, it’s right where the action is. Our office is simple and functional. We deal with a lot of metal and various trading materials. The area is always loud with trucks and heavy machinery moving around. There’s a lot of iron and steel in the air, literally. We spend our days talking to traders and checking the weights of different loads. Being near the weighbridge is actually quite handy for our type of work. We aren't a big firm with a lot of fancy titles. We are just a bunch of guys who know the trade well. It’s hard work and the office gets pretty hot during the summer months. We don't have a website or any big marketing plans. People in the market know who we are and where to find us. We've been at this same plot for years. It’s a tough environment, but we like the pace of it. We just focus on the daily buying and selling and making sure the numbers add up correctly at the end of the day.
