Ravin Infraproject Pvt Ltd is based in Andheri East, specifically at 302 Akruti Trade Center on MIDC Road No 7. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets, especially during the morning rush. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a busy building with lots of other companies, so there is always someone waiting for the lift or walking through the lobby. Inside our space, things are usually a bit hectic. We have piles of blueprints and folders for all the different projects we are managing. The windows look out over the road, so we see the rain and the traffic all day long. We have a small pantry where we keep our tiffins and a kettle that’s always running. It’s not the quietest office, but it feels like work is actually happening here. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture or art for the walls. We’d rather just have good chairs and enough light to see what we are doing. The staff here mostly takes the local train or the bus to get in, so everyone is usually in by nine. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical stuff, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It’s just a regular group of people working hard in the middle of a very busy industrial hub. Nothing fancy about it at all. We just get through the day.
