Ravi Tours & Travels is based right at B-13 Chembur Cross Road, inside the Kiran Chamber building. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the people moving through Chembur every day. We started this business because we liked the idea of helping people plan their trips, whether it’s just a quick bus ride to another city or a longer family holiday. Our office in Kiran Chamber is usually full of travel posters and stacks of ticket books. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking seat availability or arguing with operators about delays. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office can get a bit cramped when a few customers come in at the same time. We don’t have a fancy website with automated bookings; we prefer talking to people and writing things down. Chembur Cross Road is always noisy, and sometimes it’s hard to hear the customers over the traffic outside, but we make it work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years, but the basics stay the same. People want a fair price and a ride that actually shows up. We do our best to coordinate things, even when the weather or the roads aren't cooperating. It’s a local business, run by people who live right here in the area. We’re just regular folks trying to make travel a bit easier for everyone who drops by our desk.
