Ratnamani

Ratnamani has been at A-3 for a good long time now. We are located right in the Municipal Market on Sai Nath Road. If you know Malad West, you know how busy this area gets, especially in the afternoons. The market is always loud with people shouting and bikes zooming past, but that energy is something we enjoy. Our space isn't huge, yet we make use of every inch we have. Shelves and stuff we’ve collected over the years take up most of the room. Opening up early and staying until the market starts to quiet down in the evening is our daily routine. There is always someone walking in asking for something, and finding it in the back is our job. Sometimes it takes a minute because things get moved around. Since we don't have a website, talking to people face to face is how we do business. It feels more natural that way. The rain can be a bit of a pain during monsoon season when the water splashes near the entrance, but keeping things dry is a priority. It’s a practical business. Fancy decorations aren't something we spend money on because they wouldn't last long in this heat and dust anyway. People come to us because they know we are here and we know what we are doing. This simple arrangement has worked for us for years. Day after day, we just keep going and try to make sure everyone leaves with what they were looking for.
