Ratanraj Steel

We are located at Plot No. 12 on 2nd Carpenter Street, which is right in the Khan Baugh area near the main road. It stays pretty busy around here with people and vehicles constantly moving past our front door. Our shop is where we keep all the steel stock, from pipes to flat sheets. Every morning starts about the same, with us moving things around to make space for whatever is coming in or going out. It is a bit of a tight squeeze on this narrow street, so when a truck arrives, it takes some effort to get everything unloaded without blocking the way too much. The air is usually thick with the smell of metal and the sound of it being moved. My desk is tucked in a corner under a dim light, and it is mostly covered in old notebooks and receipts. We aren't really the type to have a fancy office. Most of the time, we are out on the floor handling the materials ourselves. If the weather is nice, we might sit outside for a few minutes with some tea. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask if we have a specific bit of steel for a small home project. We just do our daily work and try to keep things organized enough so we can find what a customer needs without too much searching. It is a basic setup, but it works for us.
