You’ll find us at Shop No. 1 in Ramabai Niwas, which is at 22, 3rd Khetwadi Back Road. Khetwadi is a busy place, especially if you’re looking for metal. Our shop is right on the street level, so there’s always someone walking by or a bike pulling up. It’s not a huge space, but we pack it full of whatever metal stock we have at the time. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building itself has seen better days, but it serves us well enough. Most of our day is spent measuring out pieces, talking to regular customers, and making sure the inventory is right. It gets pretty hot and dusty in the shop, especially during the summer months. We don't have an air conditioner, just a couple of old ceiling fans that hum all day long. Sometimes we have to move stuff out onto the sidewalk just to get enough room to work inside. Our neighbors are mostly other metal shops or small workshops, so it’s a noisy neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people just knowing we’re here on the back road. We try to keep things simple. If we have it, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we’ll tell you that too. It’s just a small family-run type of place where we work hard and hope for a good day’s business.
