Rashmi Steels

Rashmi Steels is located on the first floor of Bhanushali Bhavan. If you’ve ever been down C. P. Tank Road, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and traffic. Room number 7 is where we keep our operations running. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit everything we need in there. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Dealing in steel in such a busy part of the city means we have to be organized, or things just get messy. We don't have much room for big displays, so we just focus on the actual metal and the orders we have to fill. People climb up the stairs to see us, often looking for specific types of steel for their projects. It gets loud outside with all the honking and the market noise, but inside we just focus on the paperwork and the customers. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We buy and sell steel, and we try to be fair about it. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big delivery arrives and we have to figure out the logistics on these narrow streets. It’s a traditional way of doing business, face to face, in a building that has seen plenty of history. Sometimes we have to wait for the traffic to clear up before we can move anything out, but that’s just life on C. P. Tank Road.
