Our office is situated in Kandivali West, right on Dutta Mandir Road in a building called Hinal Residency. We are up on the seventh floor, in room 702. This is where we handle all the sourcing for different types of metals. It’s not a factory or a warehouse, so you won't see any actual metal here. Instead, it’s a lot of phone calls, emails, and checking stock lists. Sourcing metal involves a lot of talking to different suppliers and trying to find the best materials for our clients. We deal with a variety of grades and sizes, which can get a bit confusing sometimes. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Some days are very quiet and we just stare at our computers, while other days are completely chaotic with everyone calling at once. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the metal market. Kandivali is a busy area, and sometimes just getting to the office can be a task with the traffic. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team trying to make sure our customers get the metal they need when they need it. It’s a lot of coordination and patience, but that is the business we are in.
