We’re based in Girgaon on the 8th Main road, at number 37/10. It’s an old part of the area and the building has a lot of character, which is a nice way of saying it’s pretty old. We’ve got metal stacked up in almost every corner. It’s a bit tight in here, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. We don't have any big advertising boards outside. Most people just know us by the address or from seeing us around. We deal with all sorts of metal parts and pieces. The air usually smells like iron and grease. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door, so we put a bucket there and keep going. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know how to handle the inventory. We’ve been on 8th Main for as long as I can remember. The street gets crowded in the afternoons, so we try to get our deliveries out early. We don’t do any of that fancy mission statement stuff. We just sell metal and try to keep our customers coming back by being fair. It’s just a normal, everyday business in a busy street.
