We are located on the second floor of the DTC Building, which is part of the old Sita Ram Mills on N.M. Joshi Marg. Being in Lower Parel East means we are right in the thick of things every day. The building has that old Mumbai mill feel, but we’ve made our space work for what we do, which is making beverages. It gets quite noisy downstairs with all the traffic on Delisle Road, but once you’re inside our office, it’s mostly about the blending and the bottling work. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything impressive. Instead, we have crates and ingredients and people trying to figure out the best way to get things done on time. It’s a practical setup. Sometimes the machinery acts up or a delivery is late because of the heavy rain, and we just have to deal with it on the fly. The staff here mostly sticks to their work, whether it’s checking the fruit quality or managing the distribution side. Lower Parel is always moving, and we are just another part of that constant rhythm. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of the day is spent making sure the bottles are filled correctly and the labels are on straight. It’s honest work in an old part of the city that has seen a lot of history. We like it here because it feels real and grounded, even when it’s totally chaotic outside the gates.
