If you find yourself on 10th Khetwadi Back Road, you’ll see Ridhi Apartment. We are in Office 3A. Goregaon is a busy place, and this little pocket of it is no different. Steel is what we know. It’s heavy, it’s cold, and it takes up a lot of space. Our office isn't exactly a showroom. It’s more of a place where we handle the paperwork and take the orders over the phone. Most of the time, the desk is covered in papers and tea cups. We’ve been operating out of this apartment building for a good while. It's a bit of a squeeze when we have visitors, but we make it work. The neighbors are used to us by now. We don’t do any of that fancy talk you hear from big companies. We just know our materials and what they cost. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving. Dealing with steel means you have to be practical. You can’t sugarcoat things when you’re talking about tonnage and delivery times. We just give it to people straight. If we have it, we say so. if we don't, we tell them when it's coming. That's just the way we’ve always run things here in Goregaon. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being consistent every day for those who need us and the work we do.
