Rajdev Steel India

We are situated at 32/7 Gulal Wadi in the Vora Building. Our office is on the 1st floor. Rajdev Steel India is part of the local steel trade here. Being in Gulal Wadi means we are surrounded by other metal shops and warehouses. It’s a very industrial part of the neighborhood. The building itself is quite old and the stairs are a bit steep. Once you get to the first floor, our office is right there. We spend the day discussing prices and checking on steel shipments. We deal with different grades of steel and try to keep up with the market. It’s a lot of numbers and talking on the phone. We don't have any fancy decorations in the office. It's just a place to do business and keep the records straight. The air is often heavy with the smell of iron from the shops downstairs. We have been here for a long time and understand how the steel market works. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Sometimes it gets very loud with the loading going on in the street below. We just ignore it and get on with our work. We aren't a massive international corporation. We’re just a local steel business doing what we’ve always done. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in each morning before the sun gets too high.
