Raja Refreshment

Raja Refreshment is over in Girgaon, right near the Apolo Theater at 134. It is a classic spot in an old part of town that has seen a lot of changes over the years. We have stayed pretty much the same, though. The theater brings in a lot of people at certain times of the day, so things can get a bit hectic for us then. We are just a small refreshment shop, nothing more and nothing less. We do not have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start getting things ready for the day. Girgaon is a tight-knit community and we see the same faces almost every day. Some people stop in for a quick bit while they are heading to work, and others linger a bit longer if they have the time. The space is small and we have to be smart about how we use it. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or anything that is not necessary. We just want to keep the place running and serve the people who come through our door near the Apolo Theater. It is a simple life and we are happy with how things are. We have been at 134 for a long time and we hope to stay here for a lot longer, just doing what we do. There is always a bit of talk and noise around the shop.
