We are located in Building No. 4, specifically Unit No. 5 at the Sona Udyog Industrial Estate. It’s on Parsi Panchayat Road, just off Old Nagardas Road in Andheri East. Working at Ragi Impex Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with the hustle of an industrial estate every single day. There are always trucks coming in and out, and the sound of machinery is just part of the background noise. Our unit is on the ground floor, which makes loading things a lot easier than if we were upstairs. The office part is just a partitioned corner with some old desks and a filing cabinet that sticks if you pull it too hard. It’s a busy place, and we are usually rushing to meet some deadline or another. Andheri East is always packed, so getting here in the morning takes some patience and a bit of luck with the traffic. We know the tea seller around the corner pretty well, and he brings us rounds of chai. The walls are painted a dull off-white, and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take them down. It’s not a place for visitors to be impressed, it’s just where the actual work happens. We handle all the import and export paperwork right here amidst the noise and the dust. It feels right for the kind of business we are in. Practical and always moving forward.
