Rafaga Jobzone

Finding us isn't too hard if you're on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Parel East. We are in Bit Bloc 5/34. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office at Rafaga Jobzone is a simple place where we try to help people find employment. We are in the Mumbai-12 area, which has a lot of history and a lot of people looking for opportunities. The office isn't very big, so we have to be smart with how we use the space. We have a few desks and a bench for people to wait on. The walls have some old posters and maps of the city. We spend our hours looking through job listings and calling up candidates to see if they are interested. It can be a lot of repetitive work, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove to make some basic tea. The noise from the main road is constant, with horns and buses passing by all day. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local area quite well. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a few people trying to make a living by helping others find theirs. It’s practical, sometimes a bit stressful, but it’s what we do. We just keep things moving one day at a time here in Parel.
