Raaj Sagar Steels

Being up here on the 3rd floor of the Kartar Complex in Kumbharwada is an experience, let me tell you. If you’ve ever walked through 163, you know it’s a tight spot with a lot going on. We handle a lot of steel stuff every day. It’s not the easiest place to move heavy materials, but we’ve got our system down by now. The stairs can be a bit of a workout, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. Downstairs is always buzzing with people and vehicles, and sometimes the noise travels up, but we just keep at it. Raaj Sagar Steels has been in this building for quite some time. We aren't fancy and we don't have those shiny glass offices you see in the newer parts of the city. Our desks are usually covered in papers and dust from the steel samples. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by the complex looking for specific steel items. We know the metal business is tough and competitive, but we just focus on our own tasks. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we get a big shipment, but we manage. You get used to the rhythm of Kumbharwada after a few months. It's a hard-working area and we are glad to be a small part of that local energy.
