R S Garage

Our garage is sitting right on the 90 Feet Road in Ghatkopar East, specifically in the Mayur Colony area. We are quite close to Pancholi Hospital, so it is a landmark people use to find us in Nath Pai Nagar. It is a basic setup where we fix vehicles all day. The ground is stained with oil and there are old tires stacked up in the back. We don't have those computerized diagnostic machines; we mostly just listen to the engine and figure it out from experience. It gets really hot in the afternoons under the tin roof, but we keep working through it. There is always a lot of dust from the main road, so we are constantly cleaning our tools. We handle bikes, scooters, and some small cars too. It’s just me and my cousins working here. We have a small bench where we sit and have tea when there is a break in the work. People from the colony bring their vehicles when they won't start in the morning. We don't do any big marketing or have a polished look. It is just a local workshop where things get fixed with a bit of hard work and grease. We have been here for years and the neighbors know us well. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if someone needs their car for work the next day. We just do what needs to be done.
