R P Mehta & Associates is located on the ground floor of the Arun Building on Anandi Road in Santacruz East. Being at number 2, it is quite easy to spot from the street. The building is older, and you can tell it has a lot of history. Our office space is simple and functional. We have some desks, several chairs for people to sit on, and rows of cupboards for all the files and paperwork that tend to pile up in this line of work. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often watch the traffic crawl by during peak hours. Anandi Road is usually quite busy, so there is always something going on outside. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When people come in, they usually just walk straight to whoever is available to talk. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in papers when we are busy. The ground floor location is nice because it stays a bit cooler than the upper floors during the summer months. We are just a local team doing our daily tasks and trying to stay on top of everything. It’s a straightforward setup, and we like it that way because it keeps things uncomplicated for us and for the people who visit us.
